To ensure integrity, as a part of the company policy, all employees of LegalSoft Associates are required to undergo a comprehensive background investigations and verifications (Pre-employment and Post employment) process. The Background Screening process includes the following:

• Prior Employment Verification
• Personal Reference verification
• Present and Permanent Address verification

Non-Disclosure / Confidentiality Agreements

All employees are required to execute water-tight Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) / Confidentiality agreements before they commence work on a particular client matter.
